Dan Egan and Phil Pugliese kick off the show by discussing Phil's typical day. Even before ski season starts, Phil's responsibilities with require almost 24/7 monitoring, and it only gets crazier from there. Charles Christianson from Alterra offers insight to a discussion by the panel on the operations of various Alterra resorts this winter and their flexible protocols. Staying safe and remaining open are the top priorities. Lee Kooler is introduced as the member who won the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame Ikon pass contest.

Chris describes his pre-pandemic adventures in the High Atlas mountains of Morocco. His silver lining from the latter part of 2020 was more time at home with family. Chris shares a clip from his video series Faces of Dav. It highlights his maturation as a Red Bull athlete and a devoted family man. Chris describes his lengthy involvement with the rebirth of Kästle skis.

Lee (@Leeski), who won the Ikon pass, is newly retired and eager to utilize her prize, and the panel shares with her their favorite resorts on the pass. Charles loves her enthusiasm, and Chris and Dan invite her to make runs with them if she visits Aspen and Big Sky, respectively.

The panel continues to reminisce about great ski areas and great times on snow, with Dan recounting the time he jumped (twice) out of the Cannon Mountain tram for Warren Miller.
