I've had a few people contact me to ask about lodging for the Big Sky Gathering.
I'm not super savvy but thought it would be a good idea to get some ideas from people in the know.

Keep tabs on the Ramcharger 8 lift build (and Ramcharger removal/relocation) here:
Looks like the chairs have already been removed from the lift and are stashed near Swifty for the time being.

Looks like the snow is pretty good in Montana right now. Thinking about going out in a week or two to take advantage of it.
Probably ski Big Sky and Bridger Bowl. Any suggestions on travel, lodging or other places to ski out there as we never been there.
Thanks for any help.
Hello. The short of it is, I need to land on a second location for this year, I am pretty well zeroed in on Grand Targhee for one. But in a debate over the second. I am strongly leaning toward Big Sky for a 3 day swing later this year but very tempted to revisit Whitefish b/c I had such a good...

For those who missed it, Big Sky extended its season a week, now closing on April 22, 2018.

Big Sky has some interesting pass pricing for 2017-18
I haven't paid a lot of attention to the pass prices at Big Sky because its off my radar, but some of this pricing seemed creative and competitive.

Hi,
I have the MAX Pass this year. I'm planning my next ski trip for the first week or two of Feb. before the crazy Prez holiday stuff. I'm guessing it will be for 7 or 8 days. I had my heart set on Big Sky as I skied it last season for the first time but for only three days. But now Mt...
When you plan a ski vacation, are you most likely to go to a full resort with all the amenities or do you consider separate lodging and skiing at places that don't have all the extras?
