Per the Vanat report linked below, the busiest ski areas (in terms of skier-days per year) are:
WB (2.2 million skier-days)
Breck (1.8)
Vail (1.7)
PC (1.3)
Mammoth (1.2)
Keystone (1.2)
Copper (1.1)
It's often hard to come by accurate numbers for skier-days since ski areas treat these as trade...
Stoked! I got an email today telling me that I had qualified for the NASTAR nationals! Unfortunately I won't be able to make it, but it was cool to hear that. Must be an old guy thing... I'll have to look up the stats, I think the PugSki.com Friends & family team was in the top 10%...

Does anyone have any experience with Deer Valley or Park City Mountain during the MLK holiday weekend? My kids have Mon and Tues off from school so from that perspective it's a good time for a trip. At this point, it does not appear that lodging or flights are out of line with cost expectations...
@SBrown, @SkiNurse, @Tricia, and I were in Park City, UT, with some time to kill, so we decided to visit the Utah Olympic Park. As we know, Salt Lake City was the home of the 2002 Olympics, and the Nordic Jumping event was held here in Park City. The Utah Olympic Park is not only a fantastic...
