I moved from Denver to Minneapolis a few years ago, and one thing that's always amazed me is the relative price of the local Minnesota ski hills.
$55 for a one day lift ticket at Wild Mountain and its 30 second runs and wooden chairlifts seems surprisingly high, especially for what you get...

So in my younger years I used to love to drive during/right after a snow storm to get to the ski hills (here in MN) asap to ski some fresh snow. I'm mainly talking about storms of 4"+ that don't happen all that often around here. Maybe 3 times per year.
I've made some serious white knuckle...
Hoping to see some familiar faces from the old site over here with this topic. How's everyone doing?
So what's new this year? What's the news? What's changed? Where is everyone skiing?
