I stopped to watch the some kids dropping off a rock. One had a bit of a tumble on the landing that was solid. Jumping up from it immediately was impressive.

20 at Mt. Rose. It was a short day as the lines were getting longer than I wished to wait. Firm conditions but getting a little softer as the morning wore on. Lots of racer kids today.

I never get tired of the view of Washoe Valley looking towards Carson City.

I get tired of the Slide side parking lot quickly when it looks like this!

From the lift the other day I saw someone fall, double eject and immediately, lying on their stomach, do a few push-ups. They then got up to the applause from the people on the lift.

13 & 14 were good high density snow and lots of lessons (maybe too many, how badly do I want to clinic?). Super snow base at the Speed Bump, some really nice little soft bumps are starting to form up.

22 solo at Rose. I got to try the K2 Disruption MTIs on the firm to getting softer groomers. The right tool for the job.

Looking the other direction- never did snow, and we really need a freshening there's thin spots.
