34 is the apparent final count for the season.
Most I have had for a number of years.
Silver is open this weekend for their annual season ending madness, and Lookout is still turning their lifts but the other hills in the region have turned off the lights.
Turned in the parka Saturday and made a few runs at 49° North. Company in town so a short day. A good end to a good season.

Time to dust off the golf clubs and tune up the bike.

Day 71 and 72.

Day 71 we had about 8 inches of fresh snow, pushed down, with variable success, but it was such a nice day, even did some wood runs again! you would have the ground slide out on you a bit, but overall surprisingly good glide and a good day.

Day 72, last 7 am day of the season sadly! -6 at night conditions were fast, hard and.. horrible marbles everywhere :D my friend rocking his FIS SL had a horrible day, and only brought thoose... so I offerd him my 182cm deacon 84's and grabbed the mantra 102, 191cm... oooomg. mantras are just wow in theese conditions. as day progressed we had soft snow, corn snow, spring snow, ice and hard marbles in a single run. The iced marbles had lots of people complain, and leave, meaning you could do complete runs alone without anyone else anywhere on the hills, for complete runs!

Buddy posing with my mantras sadly his bsl was too small, but he did enjoy the long deacons for stability.

Sitting at 47 right now, should break 50 after this weekend. After that, the local hill should be open for two or three more weeks to take us into early May. Then it's down to whatever I'm willing to skin for, and hopefully getting down to Timberline this summer.

138 days at SV is a lot of skiing!!!

Those groomers are addictive! Especially those first early runs at 9 in the morning...

My wife has had me on suicide watch since April 11... :roflmao:

Dave and Chris, Tricia and Phil in front of them on Solitude chair. I came to the conclusion that 3 people took up less room when the chair was installed.
