I did get fresh tracks in Mt. Ogden bowl when it opened Monday but mostly just terrorizing the beginner runs ogsmile...
But of course you got fresh tracks on Mt Ogden bowl! Next time, you should borrow our GoPro. We have the chest mount straps so you won't look like a teletubby.

I didn't even notice they groomed Becker Face. Those natural half pipe runs are very good for me--shorten vs. lengthen.

It'll be interesting to see what the snow conditions are like this weekend. It's awfully warm. I will say, even at 39 degrees yesterday on the mountain, the snow was holding up really well. Some mashed potatoes on the south facing slopes were forming, which I'm sure got mashier later in the day.

Becker Face is a hoot, as you say! Made many laps in there the last couple of days. The video doesn’t do justice to all the fun terrain in there. The gully above Middle Bowl base has also been groomed. Last week we made a bunch of laps in the natural halfpipe to Last Chance in Strawberry, also really fun.

Bumps on Pork Barrel have been good too. The skiing off JP has been kind of a mess since the powder got skied traversed up but Wildcat & Middle Bowl have been good. Even went to Strawberry for a lap yesterday but it was a little busy for me.

The weather is pretty springlike, things may begin to be firm in the AM as things transition. I don’t think the storms are done yet, heck we haven’t even seen any r@#n yet. In like a lamb, out like a lion!

No skiing today, have an appointment for my first dose of vaccine :golfclap:,

They released pass prices for next season, up by what, $150? I feel it's overdue, the problem is, the skier experience is going downhill (no pun intended) yet the cost is going uphill.
I think season passes were around $1000 15-20 yrs. ago & a day ticket was $50. I now qualify for the Senior Value Pass at $299 they are giving it away :roflmao: ! A senior Pow Mow pass will cost more than twice that .

Congrats on the vaccine AND the senior value pass status!
We’re contemplating a little MTB at Antelope on Saturday. I wonder if the skier hoardes will have the same idea with the warm weather.

I’ll add that Wildcat bowl was just super yesterday and the day before. Wildcat parking lot, not so much.

They sure don't have any senior value passes at Sun Valley. I guess lack of local competition.

I had a really fun day at Snowbird today 4 Mar 21, met up with @cosmoliu and about 6 of his friends and later took a run with @jmills115 and his friend Brandt. It may take me a few minutes to post about a dozen assorted photos.

With most of my days skiing alone this season, meeting @cosmoliu yesterday at Alta and @Jim Kenney today is a reminder of what I’ve been missing.
After sharing a Wildcat chair with @cosmoliu I will be able to blame him if demoing a Stockli:) turns into a purchase.

OK another blooper, while you are making an epic run down Great Scott and I am supposedly capturing it on film, I accidentally have my phone in selfie mode and get 25 photos of my nose. That might be you reflected in my googles? Don't know the person in the background. great scott blooper.jpg
