Will go by Palisades Resevour, avoiding Teton Pass in possible snow
today. 10 min longer but no high mtn passes.

Here’s what I look like. Ran into a couple folks on the Casper lift. I’m here with my neighbors from NH so here’s our whole group.

Nice groomers today... a few bumps... this place is steep. Not steeper than other places for individual runs... but more overall, unrelentingly steep. No place to relax.

Great day though! Finishing with après... Averum went with a bacon bloody mary...

I left Big Sky, started on Gallatin Road around 1:45pm, made to Teton Village at 4:50pm. I had called on the way, reserved the last available locker, so I dropped of my skis, then checked into my condo at the Aspens. Will check out the Aspens market, otherwise will head into town to pick up some groceries.

Funny thing, I skied alone at BS yesterday, at the end of the day ran into the Grumps at the Exchange (formerly the Mall), they invited me over for dinner, had a great evening. Spareribs were on the menu. ogsmile

Checked in right at the base of Snow King. Happy hour in the condo tonight with family and dogs. Hoping to make it in time for the 8:30 meet up tomorrow.....but who knows with two teenage girls. Stopped at Wind River brewing in Pinedale for lunch. Awesome food!

OK, had to brake for something with antlers, pulling out of the Jackson Whole Grocery onto 191. I’m pretty sure it was an elk. It suddenly occurred to me that’s why the car coming from the opposite direction had pulled over and had hazard blinking lights on.

Having diner, will probably hit the hot tub afterwards. I’ve been needing this the last 4 days.

Edit: Damn, Teton Sports Club closes at 7 on Sundays. Missed out on hot tub. Well, there’s aways tomorrow.
