They do have stickers on their boots and I think the white helmet has a sticker somewhere. We do need to remedy that, though.

Well I'm amazed. It's a very common joke. I can't believe you've never heard it before. It's simply amazing that you could be a hunter and being around camo so much and never hear it. That's almost the most amazing thing I've ever heard. I'm simple shocked, really. I mean - NONE of your hunting buddies have ever said that? Where have you guys been? Maybe no one's ever said it around you, because they didn't know you were there, because you were invisible in your camo.

Day 13 was not an unlucky one on Saturday! The mountain was completely groomed during the week and it was snowing all day for a total of about 2". Coincidently it was also cold enough and starting to be windy that the crowds were pretty low and we didn't have to do any rescues or courtesy rides off the mountain. Lovely day for skiing and doing a bit of sled training.

Sunday was -29*f and a 20mph wind, we were closed. Next weekend should be pretty spectacular, currently forecasted to snow 6 or so inches during the week and then snow so more on Saturday and Sunday.

-29f (-33,8°C)...and here I though that my 27th and 28th days at -11°/-13°C (but felt , as per the weather forecasts, -21°C due to the winds) were cold enough.

Impeccable! Especially the gentleman in yellow. Just spot on! I look pretty much the same in part of the season but just to add a splash of different colour to the ensemble, an accent if you wish, I also wear a yellow helmet.

Dodge ridge, notice the first frame the guys digging out the roof of the Way station. 395" of snow since Nov, most except Mammoth in Calif which is rare due to the fairly low elevation of the base. snow is so deep you can touch the skiers on the lift with your pole if you try!

forgot to post this year! I have 4? 5? days in a row today! gotto check app for days total, but finally been getting in some skiiing!

conditions are AMAZING and this year has been... amazing! we have more snow in the city, than the austrian alps has on glaciers!
