2022/2023 ~ How many days so far?

Last Friday Jan 27th skiing with Phil and Tricia here at CB I fell and tweaked my right knee. Saw Dr on Sunday and found the meniscus was injured/torn, but not much. No recommendations regarding treatment as it was minor. Had to walk with a stiff leg though and it just plain hurt. Got an inexpensive knee brace and limped around for 6 days without skiing. Couldn't take it any more and got back on the skis today on easy slopes on my Blossom FIS SL's. Picture inside locker room after the days skiing, skis wiped down and ready to go back in locker. End of day number 62.

There were too many people to stop and take a decent photo of actual moguls, so I shot Wheeler Peak instead.

Not great, but not terrible either. By this time in '21 and '22, we had about 30-40" more base. Hopefully the predictions for next week pan out.

7…First time at A-Basin. A few inches if the lightest pow I’ve ever experienced. Impressive mountain!
