We had a great MTB outing at Sky Tavern yesterday.

Time lapse on HighFIVES. (I don't know a way to slow it down)
The time-lapse video shows some pretty buff terrain. Barely a rock or root to be seen.

I took a much more relaxed approach to riding today. All county road and double track. I stopped to smell the roses. Well, take pictures. The roses aren't out yet, but will be soon.

These appeared much more yellow than the previous ones, but the photo doesn't show it.

The east side of Bald Mt., the mountain across from Breck that are in so many of my sky photos. The two dogleg chutes are nice spring runs.

I didn't bring my saw today.

I really hope people get more involved with Sky Tavern with events like this.

I guess Purple was the color of choice.

Spokane has a fantastic fun trail system at Beacon Hill. It was raining off and on so we avoided goofing off on some of the fun looking features because 1) we were pretty soaked and 2) slippery when wet!

Did you go up Angora and down Mule Deer Connector?

I'm sure they'd love some help with the Enduro this weekend.

Yes & then up Tahoe Mountain & down the North side to home.

The Biggest Little Trail Stewardship is working on the initial flagging of about 14 more miles of trail on Peavine. Some BLTS folks, @Philpug, and I have been having a good time looking at things from scratch.

I got to be the hole poker/flag sticker inner today.

That's my home trails. It's amazing how many trails and how much variety they squeezed into that area

It really is! We wished the weather was better because we could have spent hours there.
