In my book ANY ski with a mid 80’s width is automatically a soft snow ski.
Of course there is hard snow capabilities but c’mon.
An advanced skier should be able to handle powder no problem on a mid 80’s ski if forced to,,,,,in my book .

What the heck is going on that you can’t get the 86 flat.
None on the Rossi web site.
Why would I want to be that high on a soft snow ski ?????
Phil ???
While the Experience 86Ti can be skied in soft snow, soft snow is not it's intended focus.

Curious if you have any time on the Basalt? I'm don't think i am looking for an 86mm frontside ski but wonder if the Basalt might be a better All-mountain, off piste ski than the ti?

James having lift or not is not the point, the ski should be available on Rossignols official website flat or with the konnect binding , you gotta do better than that. If you can find it flat at Bobs ski store you should be able to find it at Rossignols official store.
Mike we may have a different definition of soft snow and that’s ok .
Jimmy because of where I ski ( mammoth ) I would get the Basalt version for sure, I already have a capable front side ripper.
