Well… we’ve met @KingGrump and Mammie. We can drive back now. Mission accomplished!
At Hondo
Wasn't skiing today. Saturday is usually housekeeping. Changed our mind after lunch. Came out for few hours. Ran into @Dean on the backside. Good couple hours of groomers. Snow is firm but not icy.
Ran into @Pasha and SO outside the locker room. Nice chat.
See all of you tomorrow. Ski week start time is 9:30 AM at the Whistle Stop.

Repeating this post from a few days ago, since first ski day is tomorrow morning!
Just a note for folks meeting up... I plan to be booted up and hanging out on the patio near lift 1 by 8:45 on Sunday morning (lifts start at 9:00)... if you have any questions about where to go, or ski week, etc. or just want to say hello, I'll be wearing red pants, white/grey jacket... like this (but with a black helmet):
1:00 meet-up will be around the same area. It would be great to meet everyone!

It was a luxurious arrival at the El Prado house with @Tony S and @Needham pre stocking the beer and wine, cheer guys.
All settled in and @mdf already has his Toko Power Edger up and running. (Ski Talk prize too!!) Gotta get those rock chips out ya know.
Nice jerry rigged setup too, good assortment of random stuff in this garage.

Good first day... my lesson was looooonnnnggggg... ended about 12:45.
