This book features some amazing descents. One of the adventure seeking skiers in the book is Chris Davenport.
Take a look at this preview on the site.
Deals on purchasing the book can be had individually for 30% off or in a case of 8 for 50% off.

I was talking to someone about this book at work today. I think it is a great coffee table book for any ski house or home of someone who loves skiing.

Count me in on a group buy of 8, if anybody has the gumption to put one together!

Probably a PITA with re-shipping challenges, but an idea, anyway.

I always remember a quote of Davenport's to the admittedly imperfect effect of "When I'm being filmed, I try to ski like I've got firecrackers in my pants".

How can that book be complete without this famous descent in Montreal from December 6th?

I'll show myself the door now....

You might look at the section on Tuckerman's Ravine. The historical photos and quotes are from my father. I had posted some of his photos on another ski website, and the authors contacted me for permission to use them.
