After skiing a lot for years and years, having made skiing my first interest, after working for a ski company ... more than a decade of total, absolute stop.
Then, by chance, a weekend in the mountains with no intention of skiing ... a night of intense snowfall (one of the very rare ones in these Dolomites) ... a sunrise with perfect sun ... how to resist?
Running to the ski rental and jump down in 70 cm of fresh snow ... first three uncertain curves, then the rhythm returns and I start, curve after curve, floating better, more and more coordinated and confident. Still many, many emotions. many more than I thought I'd feel again
Passion never dies and at 50 I'm back on slopes!

PS sorry for my sometimes funny english
