Adult and Child Lug dimensions?

Hi

does anyone have the dimensions / measurements of an A and C lug? I searched online and couldn't find them.

My son has a pair of Rossi Hero J4 boots size 23.5, I believe it is a jr mold but wanted to confirm. Was going to message rossi but thought to check here first.

At the center of the boot shell should be a vertical line indicating midsole with either A or C
