Bought this pair of Dynastar last weekend ...
I could not resist its price ... but at 178 cm they are much too short for my taste .
And I don't like Look bindings ...
Anyway , another pair in the basement !
Unless I give them to my girlfriend .

These are the race stock Dynastar slalom skis I've owned since around 2008. My dad and I bought them from a used ski gear store in Moscow. I believe this is a 2006 model but cannot tell exactly. No markings indicating the geometry or radius on the skis, just their length and serial number. Badass plates with 60mm stand height (no longer FIS legal I guess). They were my primary skis in Moscow, but I bought a pair of GS skis when we moved to California and haven't skied them much since then. These days I ski them when I am teaching my son to ski, but hopefully one day I will give them a proper tune and will take them for a spin.

My friend Tim gave me some great old Dynastars. Now I just need to find some replacements for the plastic tips which disintegrated.

I can get you a complete pair of skis, if you'd like. 190s with Salomon 737s(?)

Terrific! You are welcome to review the rest of the 'collection' and lighten my load. Some things are not on the table, but most are.

one of my favorite skis. my first mid "fat" shaped don't know why they haven't been added to the fence yet. complete noddles by end of life.
those self installed tip protectors stopped a bit of chaffing - I'm a slow learner seems it took me a bit of time to remember keep the feet apart in the bumps.

Well this pic will work well with the one directly above! Special thank you to @ScotsSkier , who dug out the pair of S957E bindings I needed to finish off the little project! I've been enjoying grouping matching brand pairs of GS and SL skis lately. So here are now two sets of two pairs.
Dynastar Course GS, 207cm
Dynastar Course SL, 200cm
Dynastar S9, 200cm
Dynastar G9, 203cm

Now I need to know the date they were built ...
These are my 119th pair of skis ... bought them Saturday along with a pair of Volant FX2.2
195 cm and I plan to ski them this winter , as always !
A little short for my taste but long skis are getting difficult to get around here

I really need to know the year they were made ....

Didn’t those come out after the white chicken hearts? That would make yours 86? 87?

Are you planning to change the bindings, because they look like exploding Solomons?
