I like how hit title in the first article you posted said that ski instruction doesn't end with a bio-mechanical cookie. There is nothing bio-mechanical about weems, except maybe a few body parts.

Best wishes to Weems- a name it seems I’ve known since I began reading ski publications in the early 70’s and an institution in the sport . The title of Brilliant Skiing says it all.
