Hi! Saw this recall for Amer touring bindings (MTN, Backland, Tracer) sold after May 1, 2022. As someone who's executed a few recalls, the communication roll out on this has been really weak - 1 slide on a rotating site banner, no email, no social. Remedy sounds pretty time intensive; an authorized dealer has to disassemble the binding to verify the serial number and then install a replacement. I've also heard from a friend that shop communication has also been pretty lacking, so I'd be sure to have the link on hand and extend a little grace to your local ski techs while they work through the process.
