• Friday, June 10, 9 am - 1 pm PST
• Saturday, June 11, 9 am - 1 pm PST

How does bidding for one out of 120 work?

Bump as the auction is is now on.
The way they are running this is completely bonkers though, especially after they delayed to have a rethink:

• 24 hour only auction
• very little fanfare or promotion/press release/utilizing social media that they were starting the auction and social media livestream/live blog on how it's going
• 97 separate auctions, for really the same thing (as pickup time is just reordered by winning bid amounts ); yet no way to filter the 97 items by price.
  • all with identical closing time

Even though bidding up to around $1k/chair; I rough guess they are leaving at least 20% more proceeds on the table with this weird auction format; which is a shame since it goes to charity.
