Tonight was flank steak marinated in balsamic, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper with potato pancakes and green bean/cucumber/black olive salad.
To be sliced with a 10" Wusthof carving knife...
We get them at Costco and often just put them on big salads using different marinades. Our favorites by far are flank and ribeye. Unless you're talking fajitas and skirt steak!
