I did grilled Thai pork tenderloins with coconut rice the other night. The papaya salad was just so-so.

Tonight was flank steak marinated in balsamic, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper with potato pancakes and green bean/cucumber/black olive salad.

To be sliced with a 10" Wusthof carving knife...

Marinated flank steak, it has been a while since I grilled one of those, very good when done right. Good Choice.

We get them at Costco and often just put them on big salads using different marinades. Our favorites by far are flank and ribeye. Unless you're talking fajitas and skirt steak! Now I have to think about making some of those...

Skirts are also a good choice to marinate and grill. Now I am getting hungry.:)

I fired up my grill last night and cooked these two, one for me and one for my bride. Just add a baked potato, grilled zucchini, and a salad. It made my night very enjoyable.

With chicken we will use bottled Italian dressing but I prefer fresher ingredients for a costly cut of beef. I mix my bbq rub myself although I get some as gifts that I feel compelled to try.

I never think to take pictures at the time! Last night I slow cooked some chilpotle-adobo marinated country-style pork ribs on the grill. This is super easy by pureeing a can of chilpotles in adobo sauce from the Mexican food section using a food processor and smearing on the ribs. Also excellent on lamb steaks and chops.

Smoking some dove I shot Thursday. Slice of jalapeño, stuffed with cheese, dove breast wrapped in bacon, seasoned up good. Low and slow…

My son mixed me this drink, don’t even know what is in it, tequila and peppers I know that, has a nice kick to it..
