Yikes! Boots breaking down is one thing, but sounds like it fell apart while she was using it?

Yes, she was skiing. Luckly She did not get hurt or even fall. Boot just got all wonky and she couldn't aim her foot.

First day back skiing after a 20 year hiatus, I had a boot explode while jumping in the terrain park. Ski popped off in the air and couldn’t understand why until I turned around to recover the dropped ski to see all this red stuff on the snow. Heel came right off!

Ordered all new gear right after and usually just swap out my fitted boots for new versions during Spring sales every 150 days. My feet require very little boot work so can still easily sell my old boots online after cleaning them up to make it even more affordable.
