Oh man. What a bummer. He was so nice. I waited too long to head a little farther west and ski with him out at Chattahoochee or Wolf Creek NC. Thought it was a little weird when he didn't PM me as things got started up around here. He did every other season since he joined here..

I gave him a guided tour of Timberline Lodge when he came out last season. He went to the doc shortly after that trip and got the bad news. Then he passed, very rapid and unexpected. He was thrilled to ski on Mt Hood.

Oh, that's sad news! What a really nice obituary.

So sad, like Kneale, I wondered why he hadn't posted in a bit.
For Kneale I was able to reach out to his family to find out what was going on.
Makes me wonder about others we haven't heard from in awhile.

Rest well cub. You're missed around here.
65, so young. :(

Threads like this make me wonder if we should have a legacy badge and also if members of the site should tell family to notify us if something happens. We are a community and our members here are valued by us.
