Taken last Sunday at Salt Creek Park, a county park on the shores of the Straight of Juan de Fuca in WA.

On our way across I-70 heading west, we saw this interesting grouping of several different kinds of clouds.
At one point @Philpug said,
It almost looks like Glenn Plake's head coming up out of a snowbank.

Rte 22 North near Copake, NY

That's the Copake Flats. When I was young the older kids with cars used to drag race that stretch. Wasn't a lot of traffic back then.
Remember one race that didn't end well.
Also, my Dad used to make house calls all over God's creation in his little grey 1965 Beetle. One winter night he was on that stretch and the wind blew the hood up. He said when he got out to close it the wind knocked him off his feet. Always kept an army entrenching shovel and a blanket in [all] the cars he had...
Back then that was "the country"....

I too wish you'd taken a video... because I have no idea what that means.
Sorry. It just means that the winds was tearing the cloud into rough edged clumps as it came over the ridge there.
