I have Elan GS skis with Head freeflex Bindings DIN 14. Skis were used only Half day , so they are like new.
Skis never been tuned , it has 11mm plate and bindings are adjustable from 260 to 342.

I would say yes, I am 195 Lb and 6 foot tall, When I was skiing with them half day , I did not notice any difference from my other skis .
I just weight them and with bindings they are 14lb ,my Fisher RC4 Curv GT with 168cm are also 14lb with bindings , I hope this helps.
