According to today's story the Wall Street Journal is looking into Vail's practices. It's not exactly Facebook or Theranos, but Vail might have some cause for concern here.

The Journal will be doing a major piece on Vail Resorts. It’s not favorable! The more pressure that can be exerted on these appalling people to change their rapacious behavior the better.

Interestingly Vail Daily reported Vail's "new" plan to reduce lift lines, (January 21,2022) but the link to Vails own website with the press release is dated November 16th, 2021.
It does not appear that their plan worked as they thought it would.
