Heads' up! Tomorrow night @ 8pm Eastern, ESPN will show Chris Benchetler's Fire On The Mountain, a ski and board movie shot at Mammoth. The filming was done at night back in the Hemlocks area and features a soundtrack by the Grateful Dead.

We went to a TGR party in Jackson Hole where they played the film with a live Dead cover band playing the soundtrack except where there was narration. It was pretty cool.

This was about 2 weeks before skiing and everything else closed end of last Feb.

...Just went and set the dvr. thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm actually in an AirBnb that may have cable, so maybe I'll be able to check it out. I enjoyed the version without the behind the scenes; had never seen it.
