Unfortunately, for Romain, it probably will be his last F1 race, since he has no ride next year.

Hamilton tested positive.
and he is having mild symptoms.
It'll be interesting both for the midpack runners but also to see how well whoever gets the seat in the "fastest" car will do and how much of 44s success this year was car and how much was driver.
(e.g. hulkenberg has more points as reserve driver in just 2 races than a big chunk of the back markers)

no announcement yet, some rumors on formula1.com saying the likely candidates are:
stoffel vandorne is the official reserve driver

But article says as the parent team they could also call up from the junior team george russell or pull hulkenberg up as well.

Vandoorne would do great. My first guess was that Hulkenberg would get the drive.

That's awesome..and weird! He's on another active team!!! I didn't think that would happen.

They just totally re-lit the speculation fuse on the Perez@Williams-maybe? controversy.

If they had gotten Nico it would have just been Hulk->Ham replacement talk. And I think they knew that.

Well, it's official, Russel will be driving for Mercedes this weekend. Also, Mick Schumacher driving for Haas next season.

His problem is not enough N's in his name. All the other Finns have N's.

Russel fastest again in FP2 but with sectors stitched together, Bottas might be ahead for qualifying pace.
