Very intrigued by the book and the app--any update on when it will be released?

It is probably time for me to start focusing on improving my skiing toolkit again. I realized last winter that, because I have almost exclusively skied are resorts that are very familiar and comfortable to me, I had a tank full of positive experiences to draw on when skiing and approaching terrain. Last winter, I took some trips that took me out of my comfort zone and, though most of the issues were probably primarily due to fatigue, I struggled uncomfortably at times in situations and terrain that should not have been an issue.

We talk ourselves out of way more than we train ourselves into. Not just skiing but life in general.
