Hannah Kearney is putting on a spring strength program. Hannah is one of the all time heroes of mogul skiing and won Gold in 2010 in Vancouver and Bronze in 2014 in Sochi. I did her Ski Prep program in the fall - it was really hard work but super worth the effort - best fitness base I've had in years. Check it out if you like this kind of stuff
