That can be an effective defense, but only at short range.
One of these days you'll be at a GTG where he cooks for a crowd and you'll have a whole new appreciation for the cookware and spices/seasonings/sauces he travels with.

I pity the police officer who pulls him over and wants to search his vehicle.

Probably will take days. Lots of stuff in there for a 5 months road trip.

Can't be too careful around you guys. I remembered you guys going at that poor rack of lamb with that folding knife at Snowmass.

That looks really good. Love the roasted squash. Simple yet so full of flavor.
It was really good, like you said, simple and flavorful.
I tend to put butter on my squash but this didn't need it.

So, two lamb chops from the rack, a roasted acorn squash, but what is the third thing - it looks mashed potatoes-like but with additions, but I am by no means sure ...
It looks like green bean casserole to me.

Didn't see this last year. It was mashed potatoes with skin on and garlic.
Very yummy.

This year will be much the same but with roasted carrots instead of squash.
Pictures are forthcoming.

Happy Thanksgiving. I'm grateful for my ski family as people that ski and snowboard are the best.

I'm thankful for my returning health and all the opportunities and challenges I've had over the years.
