Thanks for the Ad, I am in Australia and get to ski 5 or 6 weeks a year here . Having skiied a bit in the US BC (before kids) i would liken our conditions to the east coast US. Im found you guys as ive been reseaching for some new skis. ATM i have some Kastle TX with touring bindings (yes we have some back country and some steeps) and some delaminated Mantra M5s which are headed for the bin. I am contemplating some MX 83s or Mx 88s wanting a frontside firm snow ski. ive also found some close out MX 89s and Im wondering about the merit of all 3. I am not a dedicated "carver" but like to mix it up with some surfing. At 250 lbs and 6 '2' i usually look at stiffer longer skis now in my early 60s im after something welbuilt frontside fun.
