I’ve got a screw loose. Lost screw, Marker TCX 12.0

We had my son’s Enforcer 93s remounted this year to fit some new boots. Annoyingly, the shop must not have gotten the brake mounting screw tightened all the way or something. The brake popped loose halfway down a run yesterday. The rental shop at Palisades couldn’t fix it (didn’t have or couldn’t find a screw that would fit), and none of my local shops have the right screw or a replacement brake for this binding. I sent an email to Marker, but I don’t have high hopes of getting a timely reply.

The guys at REI gave me some screws that are the right thread pattern, but the head won’t fit in that recessed hole, so I’d have to widen that hole (or grind down the screwhead?) for that to work.

Any suggestions for finding the right replacement brake or better yet, just this tiny little screw?

And while we’re at it, can you tell me about this binding? I can’t find it anywhere online. I see TPX everywhere, but not TCX. I’m assuming 2018 based on the skis.

Oh cool… we aren’t going to be back up there this weekend to avoid the last of the holiday craziness. I may be up on Thurs, but maybe not if the next storm hits big.
