It was set up as 2 separate accounts and different start/end dates when I set it up. No phone service, I haven’t had a landline since 2001.
In that case, it's not a "move". But a new account setup, unrelated to the existing old ones. The only relation between the 2 account being they have the same features and same billing info. Like someone having a home and a separate office.

I moved often. Though fortunately or unfortunately, it was never with the same carrier. So no overlap, no mix ups.

Ya the 5G boxes have geo fences so you can only use it near your primary address now. I guess I don't understand why but no, we can't just bring ours on vacation with us. It is set up to ONLY work with a particular cell tower or two near your billing location and no other ones..

So the careless rep got the disconnect date wrong. I hope you got that sorted out and service restored for the week you were still there.

I had a client who lives in a remote area, and works in cybersecurity. He uses Starlink and is happy with it, as he was tired of dealing with traditional cabled broadband providers, and also the lack of service options where he lives.

BTW, @Nancy Hummel did you get your issue resolved?

So, whatever the Comcast person did apparently fixed whatever the problem was. Wi-fi working.
So it was router/modem side and not iPhone side.. Might have been a MAC filter up making it invisible to non approved MAC address devices.
