Just kidding. I picked this up for my SiL from her aunt. Quite the zippy little unit. Class two, up to 20mph with a throttle. It looks like it would fold in half but after I put some air in the tires it feels pretty stable. I had to read the manual to figure that it even has a throttle.

The coolest thing is the tires have a snazzy reflective sidewall strip.
