It was probably 30-35° here today. Guess the NHL didn’t factor into the equation that if it’s bluebird here we get some Nuclear sun. Was curious why they didn’t have the games scheduled after 4-4:30 to begin with. If it had been 45° and sunny they would have never been able to drop the puck at all

The NHL wouldn't do a hockey game in Tahoe without first installing an ice making plant, would they?

Yeah they had Dan Craig there doing the ice but just couldn't make it work with the sun. I'm sure they had a chiller there. Just too bright.

It was a decent game last night. Didn't see Sats game. Probably good, since they delayed after the 1st period until night time.
