Non-cotton turtleneck needed

Uniqlo has some inexpensive turtlenecks as part of their heatthech series ($30). They also have relatively cheap ($40) merino turtlenecks. Unfortunately, they are out of most sizes as it's pretty late in their winter season.

Full turtleneck guy here, too. PolarMax used to make full turtles, but only have mocks for the past few years. Have tried to find old stock without success.
