That's why Gov's Island. It's not anywhere. Certainly not Staten Island. It's a bit like an abandoned college with a fortified jail. There's a theater. And ferries to two boroughs!

Sounds good. You go there and we'll go to the regular joint.

If you are referring to the B&N in Union Square then you are correct.

Old Town Bar is one block North (B&N is on 17th street and Old Town Bar is on 18th - both between Park Avenue South and Broadway).

Been to Paragon Sports in the past. But, I just got boots last year: Salomon X/Max 110W (and the W is not a mistake -Boot Doctors was out of the men's model, but the woman's fit me the best - go figure).
