Thunder Bowl/ golden horn on the left, then thunder bowl lift, then exhibition lift which goes up just above merry go round

I think I am remembering before Thunderbowl chair went in, there was a shorter chair then a Poma. The only time I have been to Aspen in the last 20 years was early season when Highlands wasn't open yet.
Highland Bowl... the end is near.

Looking back and looking forward from part way up the hike.
Looking back from the top at the last pitch. One of the dots is @Near Nyquist .
The hike was brutal. I was the slowest 6 years ago, and I think it took almost twice as long this time. Thanks for waiting for me. Hope you had a nice party up there.
On the way up, as I pulled off several times to the side to rest and let people pass. One of those times a young woman went by, looked at me, and then muttered to herself "shit, I have no excuse."
I was pretty beat. But just as I reached the chair, @KingGrump and his entouraged arrived from the other side from Temerity laps. After sitting on a nice long lift ride i felt a little better, so i did a run through the trees into Temerity ( mushroom something, I think). And then another. When they closed Temerity, we had to leave, so we skied Exhibition lift groomer laps, with a few bumps thrown in near the bottom.
As I skied, my legs felt better and better, so yeah, I skied till last chair.
