At The House Under the Rock.
That’s off road! Have you ever gotten that thing somewhere you couldn’t get it out of? Without tons of help I mean.

KM3 is a good tire. BFG’s run small in the larger truck sizes, they are a good 3/4” less in say a 37” than many others. It’s odd in this day where everybody is pushing larger tire sizes, but buying a 37” BFG is a good way to get a “big” 35” tire. Maybe they’re deciding to get true to sizeView attachment 145418
I got to get out today at crossbar with my beautiful wife. I have tons of gopro footage to go through. For anyone thinking about tires for their sxs. My first trip on the 32" BFG KM3 utv/truck tire. Wow! They preformed excellent in our loose rock and on the big rocks. For sh!ts and giggles, I did Deadmans slide in 2 wheel drive. A guy behind us in a x3 xrc with 30" libertys had a hard time with 4x4 smart lok'd and rock crawl mode. Impressed with the traction and the extra almost 2" of clearance. The set that came off were 30" but only measured 28.5 with full pressure. The bfg are true to size. They also weight less than my 30s.
The true to size is what I focused on a lot. Mav x3 do not have the clearance of a rzr . I ride with a bunch of Rzr's and they try to exploit that clearance issue (chevy/ford crowd) . I go everywhere they and I only had trouble one time, where I was literally balanced on the frame 15 feet in the air with a decent slope on both sides. I had to unbuckle and hug the steering wheel to get a front tire to touch the rock and then I got it tilted to go down. Right then and there is when I started looking for 32". We ride a lot of stuff like you pictured above, its just a lot tighter with all the trees, so there are not a lot of photo ops. We had one time yesterday that I had drivers tires in a ditch on a cambered corner through trees on the side of a slope. My wife was freaking out cause we were about to tilt over. Just a little turn to driver and we flopped back down.KM3 is a good tire. BFG’s run small in the larger truck sizes, they are a good 3/4” less in say a 37” than many others. That looks like fun the utv market has changed fourwheeling so much. The cool thing is how much good gulch trails have gotten dug out - there’s obstacles that were pretty much flat trail and they continue to grow. As long as everybody stays on the trail, it makes for a lot more fun. Those pics I posted above from Wheeler Lake (the other side of Hoosier Pass from Breckenridge) are a perfect example of a trail that used to be a 5 rating and is now probably a 7. Great fun for a group of mixed ability.
I told my wife she is ballast. It's a joke but sometimes not really. My wife was freaking out cause we were about to tilt over.
I thought about that once. Then the thought that she would have crawled over me to rip my face off. We would have certainly flipped.I told my wife she is ballast. It's a joke but sometimes not really.
