None of the above. I prefer evening beverage in the morning watching the reverse-sunset.

This morning my view was pretty foggy here in Reno, but the sunrise above the clouds at Mt Rose was pretty incredible.

This was five minutes later.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the coast? I have witnessed both sunrise on the beach in the east and sunset on the beach in the west and both have their own charms. I was a fishermen before I was a skier and that always had me up early in the morning. Getting up early to go do something you love is not like getting up to go to work unless you work on the slopes or in a ski shop. I don't think any of us have to be dragged out of bed to go skiing. But if I am wrong let me know.

Phil opened the front door this morning to see what the temps were like and I was wow'd by the sunrise.
I walked out front to take this picture.

Bumping this thread for a nice fall sunrise.
I feel like there is weather coming in.

This one would be better if there was more snow.

At my age, I rarely stay up late enough to see the sunrise...

As a kid, I couldn't wait to get up, as an adult, I cannot wait to go to sleep. I am not sure how that relates to sunrises and sunsets though. ;)
