Hot link, Carson Spur along SR88 near Kirkwood. After my pass black out ends New Years Eve, may drive through there in a few days. For months weather forecasting has been relating this 2021/2022 El Nina winter was likely to be droughty. By the second week of December after a dry 7 weeks it was looking true. But such can change quickly on mountains nearby when the vast Pacific Ocean decides to pee...

Yep. We call them Tsunami properties
As the realtors say "Location, Location, Location". I am pretty sure that making water front property is at a stand still. So buy up as much as you can.

If I walk out into the middle of the street. The neighbors' house across the street blocks it.
That's our summer go-to. We're the 5th wheel on the Whatcom Chief.
