This was at Marmot Basin on April 30th, 2021. It was excellent spring skiing conditions, but, by the early afternoon, the lower mountain was wet and heavy snow with almost slush at the bottom. The first picture is from the lower mountain, but first thing in the morning.

Fun photos, well done. Bet they've never seen anything like that army of little alien Mud men. Love those remote San Rafael Desert areas during wet flowery springs.

Here in San Jose, 4 times over the last 2 weeks whenever it looked like an early morning might have some near calm air, I'd be over at the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden where we are now at the peak of the spring rose bloom. There are some incredible flowers with amazing colors and aesthetic curving forms. This is a center crop from a larger image of a rose variety named "Ketchup & Mustard". I'll name my crop "Ketchup & Mustard Tongues".

All my work is focus stack blended in Zerene Stacker. Another crop from a larger image that had unacceptable out of adequate focus elements that reflects how colorfully amazing the modern science of rose horticulture has become much like rapid science advancements in many other facets of modern life.

The flower photos are great, I always appreciate great photos because it is a skill that I have not been good at and have tried hard to master. I truly believe it is an art that takes a good eye as much as being a good craftsman with a camera.

@AKMINK and I are visiting my Mom in Tucson. There's some AZ Land Trust land near her place with some what appear to be IMBA bike/hike trails. This rock art is along the trails.

Someone might try and pet the pretty bird but I'm not getting any closer.
