I couldn't find any takers for road laps at the Valley, so drove up to Ten Mile Station and toured up Lehman Gulch and the un-named service road up Peak 10 to take a run down Spitfire.
The snow was pretty heavy and settled by the time we got on it and you had to keep pointing downhill to keep going; not straight-lining, but no traversing at all. The exit out along the track we ascended on required some skintrack running with judicious speed control by making turns outside the track to slow down.
My impromptu snow stake. Almost 16 inches in town was matched by at least as much on the trails.
Thanks to whomever set the track.
A scenic pass through some trees.
Other people's tracks.
Now with Marty's and my tracks.
