Probably a fair chance anothe pug's skis were also on that rack outside Gmd
I assume you're referring to the Whitedot's, because it's the only brand in there I haven't heard of. Clearly that must be it.

In case you can’t tell, that’s looking down :)
Hoping they open soon.
Yes, that is looking down hill. I was just below the place that you get off the chair. I also hope they open soon, one of the guys I ski with has a birthday in August and he said that he wants to ski on his birthday and I said I would go with him. Of course that was before all this Corvid 19 stuff happened. I still would like to go anyway.

Nice pic. Where is this?
I had to look it up, I always called it "Fuller's Rock" because every year on our way to and from Montana I have to stop and take a picture. I just think it's the perfect scene that epitomizes the West. It actually has a name which I didn't know until just now, "Battle Mountain, WY" it's on US189 in the Hobacks south of Jackson.

In this picture there's some fresh snow on the turnout that's keeping my Subaru from rolling forward and running me over, I left it in drive when I got out!

This is my updated last pic. I drive to Timberline Lodge 6/13, and it was snowing overnight and the next morning. Visibility was often pretty low, but I managed to get at least this one from Sunday 6/14.

I’m going to cheat and post a couple of other pics I took. I drove 4 1/2 hours on my birthday to stay overnight at the lodge, ski for a few hours, then drive 4 1/2 hours back home.

This is the view of the lodge when I arrived, at 4:23pm.

This is the view from my room after it started snowing. 5:14pm

The same view the next morning at 6:35 AM. Pretty cool to wake up to this in the middle of June.

Leaving ski camp, late afternoon on May 16th. I skied the still connected middle of the five chutes. In the second pic you can see a party of three booting up to the summit ridge. San Gorgonio Wilderness, SoCal.

I'm voting for pole mismatch.

Hey you have 2 pairs of pole- you tear half a grip off one and snap one of the other pair - while for many that would be the perfect excuse to buy a new pair, it's really not necessary - particularly if your image is international ski vagabond ogwink
