What vehicle currently has the highest operating costs in the USA?

Grocery cart.

Tesla.....you need a trailer equipped with a backup generator, water tank (Filled) to contain battery fires, and a means to put the Tesla in it and if your really safety oriented you wear a Nomex suit when you drive

Would never put the maid's quarter on the same level as the wine cellar. Maids are people too.

Red Neck tile job, but it is water tight. Looks like a lot of mold around that tub.

Spray it with some RMR-86 Pro will get rid of it real quick.

On a Banff trip with a ski club once my room shared a balcony with the trip leader. All the beer and wine was on the balcony !

Yes, but are they the current top of the line Miele washer/drier with eleventy gazilion useless functions? This combo costs like 5-6 iPhones if not more. Or so I am told.

Our last house had several Miele appliances when we bought it. I have never come to hate a brand faster. When we sold it it contained exactly 0 Miele appliances.

I hate iPhones. And I hate Miele a lot more than iPhones.
