Concept of marketing that can’t understand why there is a drop in sales. :doh:
This is a marketing technique. It makes you look at all of the stuff on the shelves while you try to find your usual purchases. Odds are good that you'll see something you haven't noticed before and buy it too.

Just a side note, my home owners insurance went up a lot and when I called them to find out why, they told me that with the increase of building materials if we had to rebuild your house it would cost us far more than last year. It would cost more than I could possibly sell it for even at today's increased real estate prices.

So, what are the odds the insurance costs go down once lumber prices go back to normal?
