The difference is the recovery time is now days (and weeks in some cases) verses hours.
Versus versus verses. Verses are what one reads in bibles versus versus which is different!

That is the truth, it now takes me days to recover from some tasks, and that includes my two bad feet.

Nope, they just do a lot more Aleve. I told my son that there is no such thing as old man strength. Its that the only thing that stops you from maxing your abilities is pain. Old men are in pain all of the time so it just doesnt matter to us.
That, and momentary Power (old) vs endurance (young). Additionally, old works smarter, not harder, just looks that way :ogbiggrin:
