As far as the feet, they feel fine, no issues there. No issues to start with either.
Ah, that’s the point , you don’t realize how much you need it until you reach that other ” state”...I think any view of Denali is a good one- hoping to lay my own eyes on it somedayTricia said:This has been a very relaxing trip, which is something we didn't know we needed until we got here.

Heading to Seward and Girwood today and tomorrow.
You can have one too!Orange helmets? Where's @Andy Mink ?
That’s the color I wanted but they didn’t have if available for my enormous cranium. …although I think I could have gotten by with a size smaller since they seem to run a bit large. You can have one too!
They do tend to run a bit large at least in my limited experience. I tried on a large in the ski helmet I got and it was like a tent. For $99 you could try it and sell it if it doesn't work. That’s the color I wanted but they didn’t have if available for my enormous cranium. …although I think I could have gotten by with a size smaller since they seem to run a bit large.
2:00 AM we are safe back in Wasilla.Checking in:
We were awoken by a phone alert that we were in an area that was at risk for a tsunami.
With in a few minutes we were alerted by local alarms that said a major earthquake was detected off the coast and that we needed to move to higher ground immediately.
We quickly packed our stuff and loaded it in the car. We are headed back to our family's house and are bailing on all of the activities we planned on for Thursday before our flight.
I guess this is a "I'm safe" check in.
Details will follow.
Thanks for checking in. I woke to read news of a tsunami warning being called off for an 8.2 and came here to check. Glad to hear everyone's safe.Checking in:
