questions about Snow Summit(Big Bear) race team

Anyone involved with or have good knowledge of the Snow Summit ski team? Considering this option for our kids this season, as we relocate back to the states, and would appreciate any feedback/insider information. It's probably the most convenient and realistic program for us on weekends.
